Staci gets money!

Sarah and Chayah pose by new comforters for their bed before they open them.
Sarah gets princess and Chayah gets Dora! Their favorites.

Chayah is a "butterfly doctor" with colorful pipe cleaners. The pipe cleaners were a big hit, we all had fun playing with them...

After opening presents and playing, Chayah lost another tooth! (I think that was number 4) She is always so happy and proud when she looses a tooth :)

Micah trying on his new shirt. Looks pretty good ;)

Ka'ena Point

It was a long, but beautiful hike from the North Shore to Ka'ena Point, and when we got to Ka'ena Point we saw three monk seals! The monk seal is native to Hawaii and endangered. They are occasionally seen basking on the Ka'ena beaches. We were quite lucky to get to see three! I absolutely loved seeing them.

Whales on Ka'ena Coast, Noth Shore

Those are whales out there, blowing water up. We saw tons of them! The sign that was posted nearby read "During the months of December through May humpback whales can be sighted off the Ka'ena coast. These whales reside in Hawai'i during the winter, and travel up to Alaska during the summer and fall."

Jurassic Park?

I love living in a place that continually reminds me of Jurassic Park! :) This was taken on the North Shore, its some random Jeep I thought looked cool with the hilly mountains in back, very Jurassic Park like.
